How it works?
We offer ready -to -eat meals based on plants. You can order before Wednesday 23:59 To receive your dishes on Sundays or come and pick them up at our kitchen. 

What is your delivery area?
We cover the large Montreal region, north shore, southern shore. Write us in the cat or info@pureprep.ca To make sure we deliver to you!

What is your delivery time slot?
Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. approximately.
In the Comment section at the checkout you can register your delivery preference, otherwise we will choose what is the most ecological.

 

Do you provide free delivery?
Laval and Montreal:

Yes, for all orders at the top of $ 99. Otherwise the costs are $ 9. 

North and south of Montreal:

Delivery fees of $ 5 applies to orders of more than $ 99. Otherwise, The costs are 12$.

What if I'm not at home for delivery?
We can notify you of our visit and leave meals in front of your door. You can always leave a cooler. Note that food should be refrigerated as soon as possible.

You can add an isothermal box with a refrigerant block to keep your food cool for 24 hours + for an additional $ 5 fee.

 

Are you certified gluten-free? I am a celiac.

No. We do not use gluten in the preparation of the Pureprep range. However, we cannot guarantee the risk of cross contamination with wheat. 

All of us can have been in contact with wheat, sesame, mustard, soy, nuts, peanuts, celery, lupins, gluten and sulfites.

 

Are all your dishes vegans?

Our basic menu is 100% vegetable. To meet the demand for customers who command their full families, we have added certain flexitarian options with animal proteins. The symbols are well indicated on each meal in the menu of the week. 

How to cancel my subscription?
You don't have to have a subscription. However, if you have one you can easily break it directly from your online account or cancel it by contacting our customer service at info@pureprep.ca.
