How does it work?
We offer ready-to-eat plant-based meals with gluten-free and flexitarian options. You can order before Wednesday 23:59 to receive your dishes on Sunday or come and collect them from our premises in Laval.

What is your delivery area?
We cover the greater Montreal region, North Shore, South Shore. Write to us in the chat or at info@pureprep.ca to make sure we deliver to your home!

What is your delivery time slot?
Sunday between approximately 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In the comment section at checkout you can enter your delivery preference otherwise we will choose what is most environmentally friendly.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
Laval and Montreal:

Yes, for all orders over $99. Otherwise the fee is $9. 

North Shore and South of Montreal:

A $5 delivery fee applies to orders over $99. Otherwise, the costs are 12$.

What if I'm not home for the delivery?
We notify you of our visit and leave the meals at your door by sending you a photo. You can always leave a cooler. Note that foods should be refrigerated as soon as possible.

You have the option of adding an insulated box with an ice pack to keep your food cold for 2 hours to 3 hours for an additional fee of $7.

 

Are you certified gluten-free? I am celiac.

 

No. We use gluten in certain preparations. However, we cannot guarantee the risk of cross contamination with wheat. 

 

All of our items may have come into contact with wheat, sesame, mustard, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, celery, lupins, gluten and sulphites.

 

Are all your dishes vegan?

Our basic menu is 100% plant-based. To meet demand from customers ordering for their entire family, we have added some flexitarian options with animal proteins. The symbols are clearly indicated on each meal on the weekly menu. 

How do I cancel my subscription?
You are not required to have a subscription. However, if you have one you can easily pause it directly from your online account or cancel it by contacting our customer service at info@pureprep.ca.
