Mexican stuffed peppers
Ingredients: bell pepper, brown rice, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, tomato paste, walnuts, tamarind, Mexican spices, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt.
Instructions: Store in refrigerator up to 7 days or in freezer for 3 months. Warm up in microwave for 3 minutes or on stove for 5 minutes, enjoy!
